Roasted Shrimp in Cocktail Sauce

This easy appetizer is a big hit at party time.  

For  the Shrimp :

1 Kg. Shrimp- about 15-20, 2 tablespoons  olive oil, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, salt to taste

For the Sauce

½ cup Heinz chili sauce, ½ cup tomato ketchup, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce, 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 200 deg. C.  Add olive oil, pepper and salt to shrimp.  Put on a pan sheet and roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes till pink and cooked through.

Combine the ingredients for the sauce.  Serve alongside shrimp or in individual glasses garnished with a sprig of coriander or parsley.
